The agreement between you and PulseAI Studio.
Effective 24 September 2026 · Last updated 24 September 2026
By creating an account or using PulseAI Studio ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough where you live to agree to terms like these. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself.
You give us a prompt, and sometimes a picture. We send it to a third-party AI model and give you back what it produces. Generative models are unpredictable: results vary, they can be wrong, ugly or nothing like what you asked for, and the same prompt will not give the same result twice. That is the nature of the tool, not a fault in it.
You agree not to use the app to create, upload or share:
Every generation runs with the content filters of the model provider in place. There is no way to turn them off, and a run the provider refuses is never charged. The rules above apply to every run.
What you make is yours. We claim no ownership of your prompts, your uploads or the results, and we do not use them to train anything. You grant us only the narrow permission we need to run the app: to store your content, to send it to the model provider that generates your result, and to show it back to you. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
You are responsible for having the right to use anything you upload — especially photographs of other people. Whether a generated result can be copyrighted at all varies by country and is not something we can promise you either way.
Generation runs on models operated by other companies through Replicate. Their own acceptable-use rules apply on top of ours, and a model may refuse a request for reasons outside our control. We do not control what those models produce.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the app. We try to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available or that every run will succeed. If we discontinue the app entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can download your work.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, attacks or abuses the service, or puts other users at risk. For serious breaches — anything involving minors above all — we will act immediately and may report it to the authorities.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, suitable for any purpose, or free of anything objectionable.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the app is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Some places do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
