Credits

How do credits work?

Every run costs credits, and the price is shown on the button before you commit. Images start at 1 credit. Short clips start at 2. The big cinematic video models cost a great deal more — the price is always on screen first, so nothing is ever a surprise.

What do I get when I join?

30 free credits, enough for a few pictures and a full-length dance clip.

I was charged for something that failed

You were not. Credits are held when a run starts and returned automatically if it fails or you cancel it. Videos are charged for the clip actually produced, so a clip that comes back shorter than you asked for costs less. If your balance still looks wrong, email us and we will check it.

Refunds

Credit purchases are handled by Apple or Google, so refunds go through them, not us — use the "Report a Problem" flow in your App Store or Google Play purchase history. If something on our side went wrong, email us and we will put the credits back regardless.

Generating

My run failed

The most common reasons, in order:

• A content filter stopped it. The model refused the prompt or the image. Try rewording — the filters cannot be turned off, and a refused run is never charged.
• The source image was unusable — too small, too large, or a format the model does not take. Try a normal JPEG or PNG under about 10 MB.
• The model itself was having a bad day. Wait a minute and run it again, or pick a different model. You are not charged for failures.

What does the Content filter do?

On, it blocks unsafe results. Off, it allows fight scenes and combat. Our content rules still apply either way: no extreme gore, and no real people depicted in harm. See the Terms.

My video came out the wrong shape

Pick the aspect ratio before you generate — 9:16 for phone-shaped video, 16:9 for wide. If you gave a source image, some models follow the image's shape instead of the setting. Cropping your source to the shape you want first is the reliable fix.

Why is there no sound?

Only some models generate audio; they are marked in the model list. Video in the app also starts muted, because browsers require it — tap the speaker to turn sound on.

Saving and deleting

Saving to my camera roll

In the app on your phone, tap Save and choose Save Image or Save Video. On the website, long-press the picture and choose Save to Photos, or use the Save button to hand it to the share sheet.

Deleting a picture or clip

Tap the ✕ on the tile, or open it and choose Delete. It is removed from our storage, and we ask the model provider to delete the source file you uploaded for it.

Deleting my account

Account → Delete account. It asks for your password, then erases everything you have made and removes your login for good. There is no undo, and we cannot bring it back.

Signing in

I never got the email

Check spam, and check the address for a typo. Our mail comes from noreply@createpulseai.com. If you ask for several links quickly, wait a couple of minutes and try once more — your account is fine.

I forgot my password

Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. The link signs you in and takes you straight to choosing a new one. Links are single-use and expire, so use the newest email you received.
